The first few generations of "Maison de Blier" are unreliable, to say the least.

        Specific proven errors:
        - Debry lists only one Colar, who's "échevin" for more than 63 years, and apparently only started having children once he was about 80 years old.
        - Gilotheaux de Blier was born as Gilotheaux Duchamps and took the family name of his wife, granddaughter of Hubert le Vieux, and was hence not a son of Colar.
        - Henri le Vieux was not "seigneur d'Hébronval" - that was his grandson by way of Everard.
        - Neither was Henri le Jeune holder of that title - that was his nephew (son of his older brother Everard).
        - The list of children of Henry le Vieux is well known from the probate of their uncle, curé Bauduin de Bra.
        - Guid was nephew of Nicolas
