531. [MANUSCRIT LIEGEOIS 1709]. Franciscus de Comitibus Sfortia S.R.I. Princeps... Diplôme décerné au juriste liégeois Joseph de BLIER pour son grand mérite. Manuscrit sur peau de vélin, petit in-4 de 4 f. (21,5 x 15) en texte latin noir et or, texte encadré; titre or encadré de filets gras et maigres. Sauf quelques taches et us., en bon état.

A la fin, une note manus. porte la date de 1709. Au bas du dernier f., mention manus. de J. de Blier : «Le 7 octobre 1711 j'ai prêté le Serment au Conseil Ordinaire de Liège». Rare document. Le Liégeois Joseph de Blier avait fait ses études de droit à l'Université de Cologne.
