On 31 Apr 1587 Servais de Blier and Guid de Fisenne went hunting and without realizing it they ended up pursuing game onto the lands of Everard Sarter, on the territory of Durbuy. When they were summoned to appear before the court of Durbuy they were able to show that the court had no jurisdiction over them - only the Lord of Fisenne did. In this way they escaped being fined.

In 1590, sells his part of "la dîme des hoirs d'Izier", obtained through his mother Anne de Bra, to Honoré Poncelet Laurent, mayor of Bra.

In 1592, when his maternal uncle's estate is in probate, Servais also represents his brother-in-law Jean Hurleau.

From 1606 to 1620, Servais was "maitre de forge" in Nivarlet [was this the same Servais?]
